You should be running a 45 anyway, I would tell you that without seeing the plug! It's sounds as if something got messed up with the carb. Did you take the carb all apart or just drop the float bowl?

Someone else on here said to shim the needle to so i did that then looked at the plug and it was to rich so i took both shims back out so i had both apart top and bottom the diaphragm was kinda werid going back on it seem to just sit on the lip loosely

That's likely you're problem. Often people get the diaphragm on wrong. Also using the wrong shims. Remove the shims and carefully pit the top back on.

2 shims is good, unless they are the wrong shims (which happens).

Sometimes the outside diameter is too big and that's what messed things up.

I used that real tacky molvar stuff to make sure it sits down in spot and stays it started fine when i tryed it without the filter and box so i put everything back together and it started doing it again

I don't know what molvar is, but nothing is needed to keep the washers down. Also, never ever use any kind of sealer in or around a carb, it's a sure way to guarantee a problem, usually after its run a little. Gas is a solvent and breaks down most any sealer or gum.

So, between the washers and the goo, you may have gunk jamming up your carb.

It was haveing trouble before i put the sealant on there i olny used it on the diaphragm cuz it didnt really want to stay in place i think it might be stretched out a little the sealant i used is supposed to be oil and gas resident i didnt use anything on the needle washers when i get off work im gonna try turning the idle mixerscrew to 2 1/2 turns that the olny thing i havent check yet but i put it back together and it started a little better
