The stock carb will work for what ever you need it to do, you will not be able to "out grow" the stock carb.

You can use the stock ignition system....but you are limited with the stock rev limit. There are no bolt in options but there are lots of options to use Sportster parts.

Concur!
What kind of 515 kit? If it uses a CP piston you must be very careful that it is jetted correctly.Otherwise catastrophic failure is imminent.
It sounds like a very ambitious start to your project. Not the point at which people usually start at.
Exhaust system?
I dont know what cams you've got, but with that lift it tells me its probably peaking at past the stock 6500 rpm limit. You'll certainly need a new ignition to make the most of the cams (I suspect). What rpm are the valves springs rated for (valve float)? Knowing these will tell you what you'll need for an ignition system.
Your profile indicates that you're probably adept at some not quite "bolts right in" mods. Yes? That will go a long way with the ignition and carb mods.

I thought the 2010 Blast was a coffee table?

Are your valves contacting your piston? .575 lift with 10:1 c/r? Make sure your cam timing is spot on, double/triple check it.
