There are none available right now, this is a pre-order, the braces may be available by the end of the month, depending on the number of orders taken. After 4+ months of waiting/speaking with SB to resume making these I realized that none will be made unless there is some demand, the person I spoke with today advised if we had enough interest they would make these by the end of the month... So while not as good a deal as the last group buy, I'd be happy to get one as rare as these are. We get a 10% discount for mentioning badweatherbikers in the order note or calling in. Money will not be paid until the brace is shipped, the pre-orders are needed to make this happen, hopefully enough of us who missed the boat last time, or who just want one will make this happen. I'm in for one anyone else? | ||

Yes. Tightening up the front end will help. The brace is a step in accomplishing that goal. | ||

Thanks for the help Erik. The brace cures many ills, I'm getting one to cure low frequency wobbles in high speed sweepers. This may be one of the last opportunities to get a high quality brace like this, as these bikes are no longer produced . While this brace isn't completely necessary, I highly recommend one for all Blast bikes, especially if it's a keeper. To order use the link above in the second post. | ||

If we can get 10 pre orders they'll make them. If you are interested click the link in the second post of this thread, and pre order online or call it in , remember to include "badweatherbikers " in the note for the discount. If these get produced they may be the last made for the Blast!¡... Needless to say these braces are the finest made on all levels for our P3 bikes. I have pre ordered 1 for myself. If you pre order or when anyone else does please post in this thread so we can at least keep an informal count and progress on this. | ||

I spoke with SB today ...mentioned that there waiting for a couple more pre orders before they green light this , at which point production may be 2 weeks or so away, they've been coordinating with the programmers for scheduling ,it didn't sound like they were making extras it sounds like they are making to order , one can hope though , pre order is the way to go IMO, -10% is good too. Lets see if we can all make this happen, anyone else interested in an exceptionally well crafted brace? Please post pre orders in this thread,thanks! Xenox, I called yesterday to let them know I didn't have sufficient funds on my card to preorder yet and the response was, "We'll call you when they are ready." So my take is that they have been getting quite a few requests, and plan to produce more than what has been preordered. I'm certainly hoping so as money is a little tight right now and will be for a week or two or three. | ||

No it's not too late, but we still need to get enough pre orders to make it worth their time. If you really would like a brace just go ahead and preorder ,and then let us know in this thread if you have ordered so we can keep a running total. Your cc will not be charged until it ships. I'm realizing it may be awhile before enough pre orders are placed for them to make these so it could take a while longer. | ||
