I bought mine with the intention of commuting. Unfortunately, life has been getting in the way and I've had to take over dropping the kids at daycare on my way to work. I just can't find a good way to strap 2 car seats on to the back of the Blast. If I'm lucky the weather and work schedules will align and I'll get to ride to work once or twice a week.

It's about 60 miles round trip and most of the commute is on nice back roads. I love my morning commute on the Blast so much I'm even more bummed out about arriving at work than I was before.

My Blast has 7500 miles on it now, less than 1k when I got it last summer, and 2k more since the wreck and rebuild. I'm glad to be back on it thanks to a little help and advice. It is my only transport (well, for awhile) and currently my only bike. Of course the size and fit is not exactly comfortable, but it's a hell of a lot better than city transit, haha. The first time I recall ever feeling fuel efficient. It get's a lotta hwy & in-town use, does great at cruising speeds, and is generally reliable. Couple times I got stranded turned out to be an empty gas tank- least it aint heavy if u gotta push it for a little ways.

I'm a daily commuter or at least I will be. I just bought mine last week and lol was stranded when I let it run out of gas.
It has 8,440 miles on it and I ride 45 miles one way on 70mph freeway.
I love that bike it's so simple and efficient
