Hi, this is my first post here and I wanted to say thank-you. I got my Blast new in the summer of 2005 and had fun with it from the get-go.

At least a year ago I started having idle issues. I would stop at a red light and the idle would go really low, cough, and restart. At the end of last Oct. we were moving and I couldn't get the bike started at all, I tried replacing the battery and ended up pushing the bike to my new house.

Last week I got it to idle but hit the "give it throttle and stall" stage. I had no idea how simple a fix it was until I searched online and came across this site.

I am not a mechanic so I am surprised I was able to make the repair, but I am glad I was able to and save all that $$$$$. Thanks for all the info here and I look forward to searching around more of the site.
