When I got my Blast the headlight didn't work at all. After a little looking I realized that they pulled the fuse from the bike (its a riders edge bike) I put in a fuse and had a low beam. Figured that the high beam filament maybe broke when it was dropped or something. I just put in a brand new headlight and still have no high beam! Anyone have any ideas on what to do to get a high beam? Is there another fuse for it? All of my connections appear to be plugged and in good shape.

Check the switch at the handlebar - see if a wire broke off inside. Also do a wire trace for breaks.

I had the exact same problem with my '02. Turned out the problem was a broken wire (ie, wire looked intact but metal inside plastic coating was broke) right near the connector. I mean, right near it - maybe 2mm out. Fixed the wire, fixed the problem!
