4 customer service calls. told they understand how frustrated i am after 24 payments. we all know whats wrong with my warrantied 09 uly...bad fuel pump.seems only 100 deg day,low fuel,2up,3times 2 yrs. doubt a dealer tech would get it to shut down solo on a 15 min ride.again need a real contact person at h.d. to show decency and take care of this. what a burn job for me to r/r my fuel pump under warranty!

HD customer service is absolutely horrible, the worst. I had an issue with my 08 Uly with 50 miles on it, and they were terrible to respond properly. Luckily the dealer and the techs there were all over it and persistent. They got it all up and running right, but it was a month long hassle. I had a brand new machine that I couldn't ride and HD customer service kept giving me the run around.

The Buell Tech people were great when they were around. Sorry to hear it's gone to hell under the Wandell regime.

I bet you would be covered if you pulled a stitch on your H-D ass-less chaps!

Yes, butt(haha) only if you show up on a Saturday in one of your collection of HD dealership t-shirts with a do-rag and an eye patch.

I had to replace the fuel pump on my 09', bike was out of warranty by only three months and h-d would not cover it. But my local dealership sold it to me for cost plus 10% and I replaced it myself. Pretty easy job, just remove lower shock bolt, left foot peg assembly and jack bike up so the swing arm drops out of the way. took me less than an hour for the complete job. My bike had 29,000 miles on it when it failed.

When did an eye patch get on the poser dress code list?
No one tells me this stuff.
Now I have to go find an eye patch before this weekend...

$92(!) to have a tire put on in SLC. Had to do it, I was 3000 miles from home. At least they didn't scratch the rim like the last HD shop. No respect I tell you, and never again will I travel without my tools.

No respect goes far. Before my Buells I had a '98 Honda Shadow Aero, and my local HD dealer was also a Honda dealer. They were so ignorant with service of any kind on a Honda transaction. Must be the ownership of the dealership that makes the staff 'axxholes' to anything but a HD. Not dropping the name, but they're in Beaver Falls, PA.
