Hello,

I'm trying to find some auxiliar lights, i know a few of you have the PIAA's but I'm looking for something more discrete, much smaller, saw on one of the pic on one of the reviews, and sent a private message enquiring the owner, never got an answer, so if possible can some one recomend me some small auxiliar lights?

Thanks.

A lot of us have had good luck with cheap driving lights available at auto parts chains. They're available in pretty compact sizes. I think mine are Blasters, Blazers, something like that; I bought from the local Advance Auto Parts. ~$15 a pair. Still working well a year after install.

IMHO 90% as effective as the big name lights for 10% of the cost.

I do agree with that I went to an auto store near where I live but they're always to busy to pay any attention ( I live in Spain), so i'm trying to find some in the US either by web page or from a store as I have a friend in Texas that could help me out

I did a lot of research on new lights (the Search function works well!) and saved the links for when I eventually do something (my guess is what Hugh says...get some cheap ones at an auto parts store and rig them to the turn signal stalks). Increased visibility for the bike in general is almost as important to me as throwing increased light down the road.

I hope to ride in Spain sometime - there has been an explosion of interest in your country over here (mostly driven by interest in good food). My wife, however, seems to think that riding over there is too risky because people have told her there are too many drunk drivers, especially out in the country in the afternoons. Hey, I'll take my chances!

Well about food here sure it's good and easy to find good places, a Lonely planet guide is a good start, if you like twisty roads, and good weather between may and June is the best time, as for those drunk drives, haven't seen them yet.
