You'll hear nothing from legal. I like having the web address in the format.

Dude,

Outstanding job! Since you're screwing arround with this, how about a couple changes (not that it's necessary)!!!

1. Make the blue ellipse complete (instead of straight at the bottom) and emboss the badweatherbikers.com and shade it, like the BadWeB already is.

And/Or:

Keep it like it is with the exception of embossing and/or engraving the badweatherbikers.com. Maybe use the same color of blue too.

And/Or:

Keep the design the same, but make the BadWeB 3D text radiate outward from a focal point (like perspective text). Then take the BBS address and curve it to match the ellipse(s) curvature.

Hey you asked for feedback. <grin>

Jim,

Thanks for the suggestions. ;) I'm in VA for the next two days for work, so I won't be able to play with the logo till Friday night at the earliest. Feel free to post any more suggestions you come up with until then.

Spike's creation is good, simple, effective and does not look silly.

I would like a helmet sticker, one for the bike and a small patch to sew on the jacket.

I like the fact that it mimicks the Buell logo.

That oval would also make a nice little decal or badge to tag the flyscreen or tailsection with, or a shoulder patch, or any number of other ideas. Shoot, we could even make axle nut covers out of it and sell them at the H-D boutiques.

I still like my brilliant idea to work out the unspeakable, copywrighted, law pursuit threatened word, mirrored to make it even absolutely free of the same "look and feel" and still recognisable. For instance in the visor of an helmet and the BadWeb texts painted on the helmet, getting a roundish logo.
Hans.

Wow, I didn't expect this much feedback (not this much positive feedback anyway). Here's the "badge" again with Jim Witt's suggestions:

BadWeB Badge

As always, feedback is welcome.
