It seems to be 2-3 inches too short for my stock S2 header. Comes with the separate elbow you would need for the headers that end in front of the engine (S1, M2, S3) which would be unneccessary on an S2 ,but it claims to fit ALL Buells '94-'98 with 2" collectors. Done it - and it's not fun. All the 94 - 98 bikes except the S2 weren't welded at that joint in front. There is an overlap so you can cut off the elbow and then slip on the new elbow they provide. That's how I put the E-series pipe on. |

Thanks for the input, Chris. I think we're gonna try welding a section of stainless tubing to the front of the muff to make it long enough (a l'il scary, but I hate to mess up an S2 header!).
