Well, I can't let Ferris do all the fund raising around here so here goes... Would anyone here be interested in buying a t-shirt to support Awprior's Ride Across North America Fund? All proceeds going to the American Cancer Society of course! I have a couple of ideas for this. 1. Shirts with the RANE map on the back and a small ACS logo on the front. About $20 each 2. Shirts with the RANE map and a list of individuals sponsoring the trip. Say $50-$100 including the shirt. Another idea would be to decal Alex, his bike and helmet like a NASCAR racer. (With Alex's permission of course!) A $25 donation gets your name in white on the bike, $50 gets you silver, $100 gets you gold. This would be less effort logistically and I can provide the "sponsor" decals for free. If ya'll are game, sound off! Thanks!  ChainSaw | ||

Chainsaw, If there is enough interest, I can do any or all of the above. I have a buddy who can make T-shirts, The thought I had was to have this logo on the front:  And this guy on the back:  I don't know who designed the map and all above, it was posted as anon, so I'd have to get their permission or come up with something else. I have a friend who can probably have a decent amount of shirts made up before the trip starts, in a little less than a month. Maybe a patch/T-shirt combo for $25? As far as the names on the bikes, that was tossed out a while ago, and I didn't pursue it a whole lot. If there's interest there, I can do that as well. I am sure that as this event goes down, there will be quite a few pictures taken of my M2, a great advertising opportunity. Some of the people on this board have dug deep in order to help make this adventure a possibility, and to make it worthwhile for the Cancer Society. I will work on getting some shirts made then! I'm going to be out of town starting tomorrow, and returning Tuesday, a short little vacation in Las Vegas, and a PR run to Las Vegas Buell to see what they can do for the trip, and so they can meet me before I come knocking on their door in a few weeks...
