I lost a turn signal lens on an off road ride the other day and had messed up my stock windscreen with a gas splash filling up a while ago. It dawned on me that Terry wasn't using his so I asked if he would part with them. His response was, "they're yours," and also offered to meet me before Bike Night if I was in a rush for the parts. I would have bet money that he wouldn't let me pay him for the parts and I would have won. Stock windscreen, two turn signals and some rear wheel bearings handed over with a smile. Thanks again Terry and BadWeb. -George. Oh and I got to see the new steed, the DeathRay Uly had the night off.) (Message edited by miamiuly on October 03, 2008) |

Nice bike...I've found that the people here are straight up, good, solid people. To bad the rest of the world isn't like this place. |

Every time I see treadmarks upgrades it gives me garage envy. That Duc is just unilateral escalation. The abuse that I would put that bike through, good thing I dont have the budget for one. |

I'm with you buddy! Terry is a damn good guy!! I melted my lightnings headlight a while back ( stupid me..haha ) anyhow, next thing I know he is sending me the one off his Uly after he converted to the deathray. Then he sends me a brand new Uly tail light to modify for XB Lights, which actually never took off and is still in the designing stages....... (which doesnt look too well right now) I bet Ive sent about a dozen emails asking him what address to send him money and yet he always skips that question! I really would like to pay the man, but he just doenst want it I guess........... So with that, Treadmarks is a very good fellow Bueller, BadWeBer, rider and all around gentlemen! Keep it safe! -Robert |

I have always fely funny having things given to me, even Christmas presents. Then, one day, my favorite aunt told me that to be able to graciously receive a gift is the same as giving the giver a gift of their own as it will make them feel all warm and fuzzy. I certainly want whoever is giving me stuff to be warm and fuzzy. Over the years I have gotten more and more comfortable getting gifts. Hope this helps. |

I love reading this stuff . . . . it is SO COOL and SO BUELL ! We need to find that "Pay it forward" as Henrik gave me a riding suit a week or two ago with instructions to find someone who needs it. What a neat bunch of folks! Court |
