I'm jealous. NO, you can never have enough girls for your "harem". Sorry, cant be any more help than that. Mine is holding steady at four "girls". Looking for #5 every day!Sounds like a good deal with 800 on her though.

My 99 S3T seem almost worn out compared to the 800 miles on yours.

All of the problems with the first year FI system of 99 were to be worked out in the 2000 year. Also, the shock problems were also looked at.

As far as the bike goes, you will love it. But remember it is a sport tourer and not just a sport bike. It is comfortable two up. Hope you got the wide bags, because the skinny ones barely will hold my leather jacket.

My bike has a V&H exhaust on it but I have the stock muffler to put back on. I would rather have the quiet, than the two or three HP that I supposedly get.

Don't know what shape you are, but look for the Euro Bars option. The stock ones put you too upright.

Have fun.

I agree the S3T bars put you too upright. The bars for the "standard" S3 will drop you down about an inch. They're listed as the M2 bar.
It's also a good time to install traction grips!
