Just found the board, great to finally find other people who ride Buells. I hate the mirrors on my x1. I have the Joker Machine billet aluminum ones, they look great, and so do my elbows in them.
Has anyone tried the KTM mirrors I saw on the x1 files site? Just wondering if they looked good and worked, or just looked good?
I'm new, so please don't yell at me or I will take my ball and go home.

Suggest taking rise and run measurements of your current mirrors and just shopping around the various bike shops until you find what you are looking for.

Lots of folks on the BWB highly praise their bar end mirrors. I just don't care for anything restricting my hand positioning on the grips.

FYI, I put taller, wider bars on my X1 and have a great view in the stock lollipop mirrors. Now, if you would like to sell those Joker Mirrors at a good price, let me know.

Shaun,
I also hate the look of my "lobster eyes" stock mirrors on my M2. The only problem is, I can see what's actually behind me...actual size and everything! I've checked out bar end mirrors; I can see "OK" with them, but "OK"'s not good enough. If I find something that looks good that I can see behind me in, I'll let ya know!

Well for a quick update...turns out my mirrors didn't have the right bolts holding them on (thanks previous owner). I called Joker and they are sending the bolts to me for free! Turns out I may actually like these mirrors after all.
