Does anyone have the color code for snap red and does anyone know how the original color code would translate to modern paint? |

I've got to talk to my painter. Thanks, KC. |

I tried to buy Snap Red paint today, DBC 75050 is only available in the upper tiers at PPG. He looked it up as Ford FA87: RS also, same story. A pint was $385, and a quart was over $500. He used the camera on the lid to my hard bag, they have a scale of 1-10, 1 being the best match, 10 is the worst. The camera read a 16, I left the lid with him so he can try to get a better match. He will do spray-outs and I'll go back and pick one. |

What are you trying to have painted red? |

My broken fairing and the front fender. Southern Auto Color called today and said that he has spray-outs for me to look at, I'll run over there tomorrow. |

Gotcha. I was wondering if it was deep bag lids. About all I have left from my '95 after the deer encounter (they weren't on the bike at the time, I was running my narrow lids). Going to get the red ones painted quicksilver to match my current S2T, but if you needed red and had a set of any other color I'd offer a swap. |
