Finally all done and back together...test rode it this evening to be sure everything was put back together right. I REALLY LIKE the new BLUE color! Red pic is the same bike in its original color (SNAP RED), which was decent, but I just didn't like the red nor was I really wild about the rear view mirrors. Looks outstanding!!! What is the red wire near the battery that is not in the before picture? | ||

The red wire is there because The previous owner wired the battery with the red on the negative and the black on the positive side going down to the starter circuit and I changed that around to get the red on the positive...turns out it is visible with the panels all in place, so I have covered it with a wire sheath since the pic was taken...that is now black because I thought (like you apparently did!) that it was just too much of a visual distraction being red and out in the open like that.. | ||

RATBUELL: I guess that is why they have different colors---if we all liked/wanted exactly the same color, the same house, the same car, the same dog, etc...WHAT A BORING WORLD it would be, huh?
