03-07 oil pump is the same as tubers. 07 oil pumps are the best, with revised design with bigger gerotors for better scavenging. I wouldn't get a used 07 oil pump though because of bad crank pandemic in that year, and the shavings often kill the pump early. To use an XB pump, you can just swap the bottom plate with your existing plate so the fittings all match. Alternatively, 07-16 Sportsters (except XR1200) use the same updated 07 pump, but with the same fittingsize as the tubers , so you can just get a late Sportster oil pump to bolt on and have all the benefits of the -07 revision pump. Again, just don't get a used 07 pump.

As for the oil pump drive gear, yes, they are the same physically as 03-07 XBs. 06-07 XBS got the better bronze manganese drive gear from the factory. 08-10 XB oil system is driven of cam flats at the end of the cams, so they don't have a drive gear at all; only a spacer there.
