Project for this summer is replacing the original headers on my '99 Cyclone. Any advice on removing the original pipes to avoid broken/stripped bolts, or any other common mishaps and headaches?

If you are worried about the nuts not coming off of the studs, I would recommend coating them in PB Blaster first and letting it soak in for a bit.
