I MAY have found a set new. What would be a reasonable/fair price range for these? I assume they're kinda rare, because I've never seen any for sale. These are the lowered S2T style, not standard S2 |

If you found a set...BUY THEM. If you don't, someone else will. Guaranteed. They're rare as hen's teeth. |

Were these a Buell part or were they an aftermarket company product? If they were Buell produced parts, clearly not going to be made again by OEM, if they were aftermarket, has anyone contacted the company about a short production run? |

These are OEM, apparently, Haven't seen them yet. There may be more than one pair, so I'm trying to find out what they might sell for, or even if there is a market. |

Thy were a Buell part. We made some for my S2, along with the early mock ups of what would later become the "T accessories". They are in the parts and accessories catalog and were a pleasure to ride with them when doing 31 consecutive days around 37 states. |

Yes, I was trying to get an idea what they might be worth. Still no answer. (Message edited by johnod on January 04, 2015) |

$7.50 must be for the pair. Certainly at such an inflated price that cannot be for each……… |

They actually sell for between $30 and $65 dollars depending on country/source. |

Like I said - if you find a set, BUY THEM. The seller can pretty much name their price, simply because they're a desirable accessory...and they just aren't out there anymore. They work amazingly well, make a HUGE difference in ride comfort, support the weight of a human being, and are the epitome of Buell design - elegant simplicity. |

I wonder if we could get Gary to make a few ? I do like those over the aftermarket. |

Mark I will give Gary a call and see how busy he is and what he could do them for. I have a set in bags that he can use to mock up. Will keep you posted. |

Wow that was not cheap. I want to use the stock rubber pegs. I tried the knight design 2 in drop - nice almost felt like a different bike but the vibs can be felt. Sold them. |

Joe if you're talking to me, yes and no. I have my WesTek S2T bars but they are billet and nodded for 7/8" controls. |

Yes Ross, it was a poke at you no worries, just a passive thought for me. My 95 has the drop pegs and the bags and the lower fairings of a T, the only thing not swapped was the tall bars. Someday it'll bother me enough that I'll actually make a real effort to get a set...but for now, my back can still handle the lower bars. |

I thought these were rather neat but you do lose the comfy rubber peg: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361153968017?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Iam going to have some time this coming week to get with my machinist and see what it would cost to make the buell stock pieces and offer them to the Badwebbers that want them. These will not be made to make a profit selling to all of you. I would like to cover all costs including shipping. I will keep all of you posted. (Message edited by jefc73 on January 16, 2015) |
