Give then a copy of the shop manual wheel removal/reinstall with torque instructions.

Put an arrow on the rim showing travel direction. Sometimes guys will see the wheel and think the belt goes on the left side of the bike...

I find it is a lot easier if you remove the belt pulley from the rear wheel. Not so sure I would let a shop do that though unless they know how to use a torque wrench. I also take the opportunity to open the seals and grease the outboard bearings. (you can do that.) I put on my own tires, but if i was having a shop do it i would take the wheels off and take them in. That would also let you do the pulley removal and install, check the brake pads, etc. If they are doing the removal- have them remove the front brake pads before trying to take off the front wheel.

Yep, take them off yourself and take them in. If you don't know how, then now is a great time to learn.
