I was wondering if anyone has a 95' S2 with a Rogue fairing and would be able to share pics? I'm thinking about buying it but wanted to see what it looks like first. There's a link at the bottom to the place I found it.

Also, off topic, but what oil and filter do I need for the S2? I've only had the bike for this last riding season and I've had Hal's do the oil changes but I want to start doing them myself. I live closest to Autozone so if someone could help me out that would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I use Mobil 1 20W50 Synthetic for Big Twins as well as a longer (= more volume) oil filter for Harley Dynas.

I would strongly suggest you do not alter your S2. Five years from now, an original, original paint S2 will cost twice what it costs today.

Ok thanks guys. I know I'll be able to get the oil from autozone, but do you happen to know what the number is for the filter?

That Rogue won't fit an S2, the frame is different..

This may be common knowledge, but the NAPA Gold filters are made by Wix. These are likely the highest quality filters out there you will find. The NAPA part numbers usually coincide with the Wix numbers for all the various car, truck, tractor, and motorcycle, applications.
WIX: 51394
NAPA Gold:1394

I do kinda like the S2 with the long lowers on both sides. The lowers make riding my S3 a bit of a pain in the ass, but they're functional on the highway and (I think, anyway) look nice. They also make you extra careful not to tip 'er over.

That Rogue will fit an S2, it mounts to the forks, not frame. I've seen a couple S2's done as naked bikes. The fairing mount on the frame makes 'em look a bit ugly.
