I noticed before I left and he said not to worry about it and I wouldn't notice a difference. It ended up making the bike feel SUPER twitchy and tippy. When I called him after I got home (literally 2 miles away), he told me I was SOL because he couldn't take the tire back because I had already ridden on it. But that's another story.
