What are the advantages? Are there any performance gains as the XB seems to have one way breather valves that would appear to create negative crankcase pressure. I presume the breathers and some form of tubing to atmosphere would still be used. |

The XB rocker boxes use an automotive style PCV valve, allowing the crank to breath easier then the older valves. The old style allowed to much crack case pressure buildup causing the engine to puke oil. Also, the XB version is a single piece, instead of 2 piece, less gaskets, better looking. |

Easier to conceal breather lines, too. |

The OEM UMBRELLA VALVES are "CRAP" !!! The BLAST/XB PVC VALVES work much better to make use of the crank case pressure ... |
