Wow, i thought that Andys pics were sweet of your bike! That looks just sick! Someday "maybe" mine will look half as nice!!!!!! Also, would it be ok to use that as my background on my computer? (Message edited by iconverted on July 02, 2010) |

Nice pic's! Too bad in one of them your front tire is so dirty! Well I guess it shows you ride it! |

Yeah, It's a daily rider (dirty tire). Hopefully if the magazine does a spread of the bike, the model they use will be a little dirty too. |

I wonder what that $4000 camera would make my X-1 look like? I suppose it would magnify the bugs. Nice X-1, I saw it at Homecoming and it looks even better in person. |

Felix, I took out the lower bolts of the tail section. Made a bracket out of flat stock 3/8" I think. The upper bolts acted as a hinge. Just raised it up. Pretty simple, but I needed to be careful how high I went or I'd never get the seat back on. I may have another set laying around. You want pics? |

Thanks Guys. Looks like Bling Rockets will be doing an article on the bike, although it may just end up in the "readers ride's" section. I'm just happy that a magazine that mainly focuses on Jap bikes will be throwing in some "American Muscle" in the mix. (Message edited by onebadx1 on July 14, 2010) |

Felix, I didn't forget about the pics of the brackets...I just can't find the extra one's I made. I'm adding on to my garage, so the place looks like a train wreck. When i get my hands on em, I'll send you the pics... |

Hi, I see you've lifted your rear, how? Did you fab the piece yourself or bought it? If bought it, from where? Thanks! |

Well, Just re-read and saw your explanation of the rear... I'd be interested in seeing some pics as well as I'm planning on doing a bracket to raise the rear. Thanks. |
