Hi i got a M2 with thunderstorm engine, my problem is that when the rpm is lover than 2500 the bike vibrate a lot.. you do really feel the engine at the rear belt sprocket, jerking...The engine is running fine but just have the problem with the ¨vibration,, one thing more is that the engine head in front tuogh the frame some time(just a little) is there a adjustment for this??

You're lugging the engine. Keep revs above 2500 once under way.

Check primary chain tension and all exhaust system connections.

What Blake said as these engines enjoy being above 3000. However, the front head should not be making contact with the frame. Check the front isolator to see if it is torn.

Beautiful!

I love the paint, especially the "Buell" in flames. Glad you kept that, too many people remove the name from the bike on custom jobs.

What year is your bike? your profile says 99, but the frame is an earlier model, with a later swing arm. Pictures were too dark to get a good look, but what I could see looks nice.

I think he just put an S1 tail and subframe on it. It's a 1999, you can tell from the stock frame brace.

Hi, it is a S1 tail lookalike, fits without cutting the frame. x head lights and front fairing, S1 seat, M2 rear lights, The frame is a 98 mod frame, i crashed my 99 bike so i bought a 98 part bike and frame, did some welding at the front bar, However i have just rebuild that 99 frame, white with a blue racing strip, seen as my friend trying it out... Today i made a can out a soap dis for the vent.

I removed the seat, and are going to remodel it in the front (wider), I have the 200 main jet, and 48 pilot jet. Have now also bought me an turbo and are starting the fitting proses in july, The turbo is new, it where stock to a Fiat Uno 1,4 liter engine, so it is nice and tiny but also deliver the right amount of air to the engine.. I planned to move the carb to the left side and mount a oil cooler on the right side, oil line from the oil pressure point to the turbo,, The Voes are planed to be mounted at the vac side at the turbo to get the timing delay..( i had a Kawasaki klr650 with turbo before and it ran like a bat out of h***, he he)....
I also have a Buell RS1200 91mod frame with papers, but no parts.
if any one have the parts and are thinking of selling to this type of bike
