D&D slip on muffler and elbow from my X1. Fits any tuber with the 2.5" outlet. Used 1 season. No dents. $200

Stock header from my X1 $20. Header is cracked by the O2 bung.

Updated style shifter from 02 X1. Complete except mounting hardware. Small dent in bottom. Not bent or damaged otherwise $60

whats required in the way of mounting hardware for the shifter?.
Could use it+your header..

The long mounting bolt can be found at the hardware store. There is a metal bushing that you would have to fab, find at a hardware store or purchase from harley. There is also a plastic insert for the mount. If you were running the lower chin fairing there is an additional bushing you would need.

I think among all the required HW, the insert/sleeve piece that fits inside the lever pivot will be the hardest to find/fabricate mainly because it is a precision fit piece. Other pieces should be easier to find/make.
