I have a 97 S1. My mechanic has been trying to get the upper and lower fork bushings for 2 months. We want to put all new parts in while they are disassembled. The Harley shop said some were no longer available. The part # is J9129.8. The forks were leaking to bad to keep riding.
Thanks for any help you can give.

If J9129.8 is the correct part number (comes up "bushing, lower"), they are still currently available and are vendor direct. All that means is you have a 5 day lead time once they're ordered, instead of them sitting in a regional HD warehouse.
