ive had the ss2r v&h, it was just fine, loud but proud. I now have a Borla slip on and absolutly love it, the v&h hp would dip around 5250rpm where the borla has full power all the way up to the limiter, the borla also improved the low end torque greatly, did i mention that it sounds KILLER? if you can find one get it |

i have an s1,they made it for the x1 as well, just make sure you get the right size pipe, isnt the header size for an x1 2.5" and the header pipe for the s1 2"? |

I am sure it is also 2"! That shouldn't prove that it might fit otherwise though? |

If you have a 2" header, an S1 (NOT S1W) muffler will fit. |

alright, i snapped some shots of the s1 borla pipe mounting locations, the rear hanger is a super simplistic/universal mount, and the front is just the same as your ss2r so the only way it wont work is if you had no location to bolt the upper rear hanger to, i hope this helps you! -graham
