Im trying to remove the (front) sprocket from the front rotor(magnetic outer roter) to to a 12 to 9 primary swap. I removed the bolts, but I cant seem to get it off the rotor????? Any ideas? |

I dont want to hit it to much b/c the rotor says "NO SHARP BLOWS" |

Barker- PM Jlnance- he did the swap a while back. Those magnets are STRONG. If you can use or rig a press it would help. |

We used a press because we couldn't get mine apart either. |

I made a wooden press and I broke that. Im glad it is common for this. I was getting scurd. |

Your local auto parts store probably has a press in the back for pressing in/out bearings and stuff. They'd probably be glad to help you out. See you Friday! |

I made a wooden press, it broke. So I made a pressure treated wooden press, it worked! Now I all I have to do assemble the primary back together! The press idea was great! Thanx guys. |
