if anyone has access to one or better yet has one for sale please let me know. I'm taking over the repairs of my bike as proper service seem so f'n hard to get.

A google search found the following. Go to repairmanual.com to order a service manual for a 2005 Buell Lightning. You might check their Customer Service department to see if they have one for an '07.

Or you could call one of the Buell dealer sponsors that advertise here on the BadWeB and order part number 99490-07YA, 2007 Lightning Models Service Manual.

As a courtisy to members we have one in the library...

We've never discussed the rules around the library books... Lets discuss at the next meeting, there Expensive so I wouldn't want to loan them out to anyone wo had no motovation for returning them..

I have a manual for my 07 Uly. Would that help? We could copy out the pages you need if not the whole manual.

It would. I'm sure the motors and tranny's are the same. I need to replace 2nd gear and pull the two side covers off for powder coating. I just want to make sure I get all the torque specs right and such thanks. Can you copy them for me or can I meet you at a copier place or somethin? let me know what works for you.
