OK so the XB is my first soft compound tire. I've been very neglectful, how prone to flat spots are these tires? Mine are Pirelli Diablo Stradas.

Unless you store it for months on end or skid to a stop you shouldn't have a problem with flat spots.

These are radial tires... flat spots really shouldn't happen.

Not an issue - soft compound really has no effect on flat spots - theoretically might be possible but in the real world, no.

Get your tires based on your needs/intended usage and ride em!
