has anyone mounted a touratech bashplate on a CITYX. they show it as only available for the ULY but arent the muffler mounts the same?

It is on my list of things to do. But looking at it, its only a sheet of flat stock with some angle bends and powder coating... it may end up being a self fab job in the garage. Watch for pics soon. I have to do something, my exhaust can looks like somebody was using it as driving range practice.

i just knew if anyone was going to answer me on this one it would be you slicker......having my carbon fiber pipe hangin down there really scares me seeing as i live on a dirt road and like to ride on all the ones around me.

I have the tt bashplate. Had it on my bike for about 6 months. It will work with the stock can or the short spec ops pipe. I have the micron system now and I will try to build a skidplate that will work with the factory carbon fiber chin faring.

I was just thinking about getting something like that. I just put ANOTHER hole in my Drummer exhaust because of the man sized potholes here in NY. Does the skidplate not work with the chin fairing?
