while installing my new hyperpro springs, i pull the bottom part of the fork out a little. It did not go past the dust seal. Some oil came out, i pushed the bottom part of the fork back up. It went up smoothly, No force what so ever. Now when I pump the forks i get oil on the bottom slider. is it possible i have oil trapped between the dust seal and the oil seal? Its just coming out just a little when i pump the fork. Or did i damage my oil seal.

Yes, and maybe. Pop the dust seal out and clean up any oil and pump the fork with the dust seal out and see if it still leaks.
