Recently did a TPS reset because the bike was coughing, choking and kinna stumbled when just cruising. The software indicated that the bike had stored a AFV of ~110 - 115 (which Skully tells me that means its running lean). Now the stumbling is gone but it does not want to idle once the engine up to temp. So first question for an XB12, is this a realistic number?
I set the idle initially to 5.3DEG, let it warm up then adjusted it again till it idled around 1050. Rode over to Wal-Mart went in, came out and it cranked but wouldn't fire. Re-start and it fired but really rough idle. Headed home and by about the 2nd or 3rd light from my APT, I was having to crack the throttle to keep it idling smoothly.
One thing I forgot to mention was that according to the software, throttle twisted all the way back only registered 85% open....
Just went out and fired it up to see how it ran and it was okay but if I rev it to 3K and let go it pops and coughs all the way back to idle.
I really need some ideas guys... could I have a flapper valve problem? Maybe not breathing right?

I see what you're looking at, but did you start with some basic things like checking the plugs and wires? A fouled plug will throw everything off so that you can't get an adjustment right on anything.

Some bikes have had the front plug wire rubbed through by the idle cable where they cross. Intake leaks can cause those lean and bad run conditions.

I haven't checked the wires but it wasn't like this before the TPS reset. I mean it runs strong under load but pops alot on deceleration and struggles to idle.

the way back only registered 85% open....

The range for that is 0-85 (degrees). That info is found in the instruction packet that comes with the SW (from American Sport Bike).
