We met today at Ric's and Checked 4 bikes. 3 of the 4 needed reset. After you figure out how to use the software, only a quick 10 min. per bike. THANK YOU very much Ric for provide this to us here in the Denver area.

You're welcome. I'd say that it wasn't hard even for first-timers after we figured our the procedure. And, it was fun to double check the settings. As you point out, three of our Buells needed it. Took my XB12Scg this am for a short 1 hr ride and the bike, even at 750 mi, runs smoother at lower rpm's that ever before.
