I just got new spark plugs for my XB12R track bike. The dealer said they had regular, gold and platinum. I got gold. Didn't say anything about iridium. What are your experiences with plugs? The bike is pretty much stock for now.

I'm running NGK iridium plugs. They cost more, but saves you from having to change the plugs every 10K.
