This thing sounds great. We are getting out tonight to ride, just a few of us. It is loud, but not as loud as I thought it would be. No popping or backfiring. The Jardine I first put on did nothing but that, yet others did not have that. I guess it is a bike by bike thing. Have fun! Thanks for everyones help through the installation.

Yeah, I used sealer at the joint and a new clamp and there is zero pop. My first Jardine did pop badly though. I did indeed have a pretty good exhaust leak but now it is fixed.

Did you seal the jardine and it still popped?

I am considering getting one and have a concern about the popping and backfiring.

Not trying to jack your thread.

Thanks

No I did not try that and that could have been a major reason my Jardine popped so much as I did not find the leak until much later. I loved my Jardine can and the sound was really the best I have heard, I like it even better than my D&D. Do not hesitate to go with the Jardine. Good can good price!

Buckstar,

I forgot to say that I have read of many success stories with the Jardine. Good luck!

Thanks Kybueller!

I just like to hear both sides of the story before I commit.

Thanks again
