Newb here, I will do a search when time allows (at work, lol) but for now quick question. My local jap dealer has a used XB9R for around 6K. I have a quad for trade and I want a bike with something differnt/unique in the looks department and buell definatly has that. I also want a wheelie machine. Problem is I can't ride in that sportbike position for long periods of time. I have seen the handlebar riser kits from spiegler but what can be done about the footpegs, gearshift position?

Change to "S" foot pegs (bolt-on) and you'll have the same peg/shifter/brake lever position as an "S" model.

welcome to badweb!

the r is not that radical as far as sport bike riding positions, but there are ways
to change the handlebars. and as Eexb says "s" pegs are direct swap in parts.

If you take a look at our sponsors pages you'll see a lot of the parts you're looking for.

Here you go XBR to XBS

* XBS upper triple tree
* XBS brake lines and cables
* XBS ignition switch

Heyfred, thanks for the pic, that is what I was going to ask for next. I like it. I wonder if I can adjust to not having a 13000 rpm redline like on my FZ6.
