These are a few of the pics from Laconia. Im gonna try and put up a link for some video too, Im having formatting issues. Check out the exhaust on Russ Mitchell's bike. He said he got the idea from his Lightning. That thing has gotta fly, most of the bike is carbon fiber, even the wheels. They were doin the biker buildoff thing at The Spoke. Exile Cycles vs. Choppers Inc.

Nice pictures, would like to see more of the crowds and bikes.

The Harley mystique was probably running rampent. Weirs Beach must have been a zoo.

Who won the race?}

I have a Mount Washington picture I'd like to post. Anyone know what I have to do to shrink it?

If you have a PC just open it in paint, go the the resize, or stretch/skew and make it about 80% of original. That usually works for me, but it all depends on what size it is originally.

yeah dude, it was really dead in comparison to the last couple years. I dont think it was the nice weather that just got people out riding, there were alot of empty sites in the campground too.

It might have been me depending on if it had the stock exhaust or not. I saw 2 other black ones (oh and a couple of white ones and a couple of red.....) but they had the stock can on them.

Hey RI, do you ever take a ride up to Thayer St???
Just got back from there and a few other spots in Prov.

Hey I don't mean to hijack the thread, but...... I used to live up in R.I. and we would rock out on Thayer st. all the time in the summer. That place used to be lined with bikes on both sides of the street and college chics too. Cruisers (mostly HDs) on one side, sportbikes (mostly jap race replica bikes) on the other. What side do you guys park on, lol? I would hangout in Newport in the day and hed to Providence at night. We would race from the Hot Club to the Ave. in Fall River all the time at like 3 am. Haullin ass, doin 160mph plus..... Ahhh, the good ole (CRAZY) days! I live down in South Florida and every night is like Thayer street down here. If you guys ever head down this way, by all means get in touch. Me and my girl (she rides her own Buell) would like to ride with some fellow out of town Buellers!

My buddy got a ticket last year on Thayer Street. From what he said, the police are cracking down on loud bikes.

There is a sign at the wend of the Gano st exit the states "STRAIGHT PIPES PROHIBITED" or something like that. I never noticed it before, maybe it has always been there, maybe not but I thought that was an interesting sign.

I was down there between like 9:30 and 11 last night. If I had seen your bike I would have stopped.

Hey BeachBuell... where abouts do you live in S. Fla???? I lived in Davie for about 2 years and I'm down there like 3 times a year. I'm thinking of going down for the 4th not sure yet though.

I remember Providence PD setting up right at the end of the street where Hot Club and Phish Company are at and if you were on a motorcycle and it sounded or even looked loud, they would pull you over and check all your paperwork and stick a club in your exhaust to check for baffles. Even down in Bristol around the Topside and Colt Park the cops would pull you over for loud pipes. It was getting ridiculous up there.
I currently live in FT. Lauderdale now, but have lived in Miami for a time. Give me a holla if you come down this way.
