Any central coast buellers up for a ride? I saw another buell on the way home from the gym this morning in Santa Maria, I had almost given up hope. I was hoping some buells would show up at the bike show this weekend.

Todd, I'm here in Santa Maria too and no, I don't see a Buell very often. I met Matt a couple months ago at the Harley dealer when we were test thrashing V-Rods. I have a Black XB12R and have seen another one three times - always early morning, and always exiting from S.M. Way onto Bradley Road. To find mine just look behind the parts dept. at the dealer who sells Tundras and Tacomas.

Yeah, I'll have to go check out the Fairgrounds this Saturday. Hope to see some of you.

Lee - I may have to check that out one of these weeks. Where at?

Actually there is a nice ride from Bettaravia going east....there is a point of long sweeping turns where you could go to the right or veer off to the left about 10 miles from 101...veer left and that turns into Tepasque (sp?) road that is AWESOME! I go up there and turn around sometimes because it is so fun...it ties into 166 about 25 miles east of 101 so it is not too long.

I haven't done Tepusquet (I had to look it up) Canyon Road in a while. I believe it was repaved not to long ago, but when I went it was during our 40 days and nights of rain period and the roads were mighty dirty. That is a cool road, I'll have to check it out again this next week.

Foxen Canyon - Ballard Canyon to Buellton - Santa Rosa Road to Lompoc - Harris Grade - San Antonio Road - Lompoc Casmalia Road is the big Santa Maria loop. I'm trying to figure out mileages for suggestions to the American Sport Bike barbecue latter this year in Buellton for some rides.

I'm up for a ride, north or south.

I rode Tepusquet last sunday, the south side was perfect, the north side down to 166 had a lot of debris on the road in the tight turns, also wildlife was everywhere... almost had quail for dinner.. twice!!
