I recently bought some Rizoma mirrors from them. Two things before you buy: 1. Check for the shipping prices before you submit your order. Mine were not listed in the payment screen and this caused a question for me when I saw the payment come through on my checking account. 2. Keep in mind that the products are coming from Europe, so no, the shipping is not fast. All that being said, everything was worth it. Fit and finish of the parts were excellent, and Matt & Debbie are more than willing to answer any questions you have. Hope this helps and you enjoy your bars. |

i have delt w/ them a number of times. super good people over there. matt is the man to talk to over there. call and speak w/ them, see what they got and the time it takes. if item is in the store i usually get in about 8-9 days after it is shipped. you can check my list of upgrades which all but a couple came from trojan. with the good service i just keep going to them. i cant stop either. just ordered more the other week. i just like all the cool products out that they have over there. |

I ordered a pair of Rizoma mirrors from them a month ago. Still no shipment. People say good things about them, so I'm trying to be patient. It didn't take them long to hit my card, however. Communication has not been good. I probably won't go back. |

i am very very surprised that noone in the united states sells their stuff or make their own, how hard is it for a shop to fabricate those 29mm clamps so that we can use the fat tapered bars available everywhere... we're definitelly shorted here in the states, look at all the nice stuff they have f/s, the tailight assbly's they all sell are awesome, the shortened tail sections/subframes they sell for the R are awesome, the beefy tripples which take the front mounted dampers, the fat tire conversions, etc. we're gettin the shaft here i'm tellin ya |

Buells are more popular in Europe than they are here as evidenced by sales numbers. The aftermarket follows them. If you talk to DaveS at Appleton, or Al at American Sport Bike they can order almost anything for you and they are both on this side of the pond. |

Hi Guys, We can only apologise for the slow delivery time on the new 2006 Rizoma range. They promised us delivery by 16 April but due to some production problems and public holidays this has been delayed. We now expect delivery of ALL back orders by the end of next week at the very latest. We will ship the parts immediately , and everyone that has waited so patiently should have their parts very soon afterwards. We have experienced some problems with e-mails due to an over protective spam filter, so some messages have been needlessly 'binned' before we got them. I have now given the spam filter a good slap and chained it up in the corner, so if you haven't had a reply from us to an email you have sent, please try again. Please note that because of complicated server issues we reply using a different e-mail address (matt@mpurdy.wanadoo.co.uk), so you may miss it. Overseas shipping prices are worked out on weight or volume, depending upon which is greater, so depends upon the size of the actual parcel rather than the individual products. it is therefore impossible for us to include shipping costs on the order form. Please contact us if you wish to have a quote for shipping prior to order and we can give you a good idea of costs then. Just curious Nasty, Do you realize how much shipping will cost on a box that size coming from the UK? I have no problem ordering small parts from overseas, (my shifter is a translogic), However I'd order bodywork from a stateside vendor. Matt will probably offer you the same words of caution about the shipping. Anyway, what did you want to know about the sharkskinz? I may be able to answer your question. |

I was just lokking for opinions, PICS, thoughts.. anything really. Sorry for not clarifying. I really didn't search a whole lot about stateside places I was just more curious about the prodict than anything else. I like the pic in your profile of yours. Did you trim any of the fairing towrds the back of the exhaust?? Maybe it's just the angle but it looks like it. Where did you get yours from, also why didn't you get the 1-piece rear?? We buy the street bodywork direct from Hal's, who I think have an exclusive deal to sell the Buell bodywork from Sharkskinz in the US. It would therefore be far more economical for people in the US to order direct from them rather than from us. |
