Just got back from my first ride after swapping my balding my stock Dunlops for a set of new Continental Road Attacks. Love the tires. I scrubbed them in for about 50 miles going gently and then turned it up a bit on some of my favorite hill country roads. Sweet! They turn in quick and have a good level of feedback. They also seem to handle the rougher roads around here substantially better. Of course I can't compare them to Pilot Powers having never run a set, and these are more ST oriented, but they seem pretty capable of aggressive street and twisty riding to me.

Also, do to recommendations from the site, I purchased a set awhile back and have about 1,500 miles on them and they are great! Hardly any signs of wear and the handle very well.

I too have put about a thousand miles on my set. 50/50 mix of weekend curves and weekday straights. Boy they stick like glue. Very happy and will purchase another set when needed. My last tires were the Metzler's, great performance, but no mileage. Can't wait to see how far these will go! Don't know how many of you I contacted with this info:

Hi Jim!
Thanks for the feedback! You could safely run 38 rear & 34 cold psi. front, however our technicians designed the Road Attacks to run at higher psi due to the compliant steel belted casing and feel that 42 rear & 36 front offer the best combination for overall performance. Feel free to experiment, most that have tried lower pressure feel that 40 - 42 rear is best, but all riders are different. Let me know.
Best Regards,
Greg Reich

Those pressures were to harsh for me so I dropped the rear/front down to 38 and 34 coldPSI. The ride really improved alot on the rough roads I sometimes hit.
