Just had the race ECM fitted to my XB12, Im running a drummer, K&N filter, no snorkel, goes like a rocket, but at 3,000rpm it coughs, misses and generally runs rough.

Its very bad when cold causing the bike to kangaroo and can unsettle it during corners

Any ideas ??

I assume you had the TPS reset...if not then you really should get this done.

By "cold" I assume you mean the outside air is cold as opposed to the bike...these bikes need some time to really warm up (~5 minutes of running time or more) before they are really up to operating temperature and running as good as they should).
