Or: The End of an Error.

The blue Desser tyres are finally off my bike and the Pirelli Scorpion Syncs are back in all their nubbly glory. (Why DO they have those nubby bits all over them?)

The nephew will have a very cool new tyre swing in his backyard this evening. =)

It where the "rubber" is gated in to the mold.

I use my nubby bit to tell me when I am starting to ride a little to quick on the streets.... Rear nubbly things are gone but as long as the front nubbly things are in place I am "behaving".

Hey Ned, What did you think of the Desser,
I'm in marketing, desser sent a set of the orange tomahawks to get my thoughts.
but I'm not too sure of the color or quality.
Blue tires aren't worth Black & blue bitts & peices. if you get my drift.

Hey Wammy, I mounted a set from Desser and took them to track day. They had good grip and very little wear. Also hard to mount, stiff carcass. Heavier than D-207. I read good reviews on the tires and someone posted that a set came apart. I'm happy so far.

It took no less than 10 of those stick on tyre weights to get the front tyre balanced. Even with that the bike would head shake every time I even thought about shifting my body weight going into a corner.
They're sticky enough, I'll give them that. I had not one slip the whole time I had them on.
They just look like shite after you've had 'em on a while.
