pressure: 49 psi
volume : more than you will need
dont have any clue as to injector flow rate, or duty cycle.

From what I understand the 05 fuel pump is upgraded in a few areas, the pickups are arranged so that it won't starve on hard acceleration if your tank is less than 1/2 full (like in sprint races) and it is supposed to have better flow rates. We just had the race bike upgraded due to fuel problems. I'm sure your beast of a motor would benefit. I also recommend stuffing in some fuel cell foam while you have the pump out. This should also help prevent fuel pump starvation.

Injector flow (03 XB9)is 295cc @ 42psi, which is less than the pressure the system works at.

the only time i have trouble is during hard deceleration when fuel is low.

if i'm nearing reserve, i can kill the bike with a good fast stop. you know two fingers on the brake lever.
