Author Message   Redster Posted on Saturday, July 23, 2005 - 12:57 pm:        Sorry for my ignorance,but how do you adjust the cable clutch on the city cross.My other bike has hydraulic clutch so I can adjust it via the hand lever.My cables has stretch and I need to pull some in so I don't catch gears while the lever is full in while shifting gears. Adjust lever free play at the cable adjuster halfway down the clutch cable run in front of the engine. 2. Adjust actual clutch engagement just inside the clutch cover where the cable enters primary cover. Might want to lube the cable real good too.
