so i get the JIMS tool drill out the broken exhaust stud and start tapping the hole. About half way done when the tap shatters in the stud hole I am tapping! So I ended up removing the rear head and drilling the tap out. I need to have the head welded now and completely retapped. Since head is off and the engine is rotated, can I pop the 1050 kit and stage 2/3 heads on it right now or do I have to completely strip the bike? Since I've gone this far, I might as well do the kit if it's not more disassembly.... |

It is not that much harder to take the frame off of the motor. You do not take the motor out of the bike. You take the frame off of the motor. |
