After fitting my experimental twin 42mm Throttle-body intake set-up I took the XB for a tps re-set at my local dealer.I've got the print-out from the Scanalyzer, which I'm told is the 'before'. When I took the bike in I slackened off the idle adjuster so the butterflies were absolutely closed and the bike wouldn't idle, which is why I doubted the figures.

engine speed 1163rpm
afv 107%
Throttle position 6.2 degrees
throttle position 7%
TPS 1.03volts
Check engine lamp 0 counts

They told me that it was rich at tickover but I took this to be the fact that I have changed the O2 sensor 'box' in the PC111 to 1, from 0.

Otherwise do these figures look right? I don't want to waste Dyno development time if I don't have the right baseline.

The bike actually runs quite well but has a tendency to run on when the throttle is shut (a little disconcerting in traffic)

I have an 05 XB9SX. When the TPS is set correctly with an idle speed of 1050 to 1100RPM the TPS is at 6.2 degrees. None of your supplied information really indicates a rich condition. You need to watch the 02 sensor value at whatever RPM you are interested in to get an idea of what is going on.

Thanks, if I understand you correctly that means that the TPS is set ok. I'm not worried about the rich tickover, but mentioned it just out of interest for those using PC111. I'm much more interested in throttle progression and will conentrate on that when I get on the dyno. Cheers.
