Okay I have tried to search and have found some info. But there is still questions I'd liked answered.

For a XB9SX what muffler/exhaust is going to give me the best sound(not to loud) & HP gains?

Which seat is the better deal? Stock? Corbin? Others?

Can I use a TFI or Commander III? Do I want to?

What about frame sliders?

Once I get my first 1,000 miles what is the best bang for the buck mod HP wise?

Thanks all for your help.

Sound:
Sound is very subjective, but since you say not too loud I would say a Drummer. If you contact KdFab you can have one custom made to your liking.

TFI:
Although I have a TFI installed I would generally advise people to go with the race ecm. Unless you like fiddling with pots and don't mind to spend a few bucks for a dyno, go with the race ecm.

Seat:
Stock seat is just fine for me.

Sliders:
Frame sliders are cool, but think the framepucks will do a better job.

Axle sliders are a good investment for crash protection too.

Bangs 'n bucks:
Good aftermarket pipe, race ecm, k&n, desnorkled and open airbox mod.

Ingemar.

I say go race kit. you get good sound, race ecm, and filter.

a TFI or Commander III requires dyno time to set it right and can be more of a headache if you don't know what you are doing

as far as the seat goes. Trade someone if you don't like yours. lots of tall people want a CityX seat because it allows them to scoot back. there are many tall people out there with the regular or low seats that would snatch yours up, plus you save money and get what you want. oh, and the seats off the 12's are nicer than the 9's, kinda carbon fiber looking and not as slick.

thats my 2 cents at least.

good luck
