I'm looking for a way to reverse the functionality of the high-beam flasher switch. I want' it to be able to turn the high beam off when it's on instead of the other way around.

I suppose in a perfect world, it would just change the state my lights are in and would both flash the high beam when it's not on and turn the high beam off when it's on, but I'm thinking that's a bit more complicated so I'd settle for just having it turn off the high beam...
